About K&R Storage Building Sales
K&R Storage Building Sales has been in business for over 10 years and offers a wide range of quality built storage buildings at some of the best prices around. Not only do we offer cash payment offers but also rent to own with no credit checks and no penalty for early payoffs.
With K&R Storage Building Sales’s rent to own program, any storage building that’s 10,000 or less only requires 1 payment down.
We offer sizes from a 8×8 to a 16×48. All buildings include 50 miles free delivery. (Insulated panels include 25 miles free.) located in Monticello, Kentucky, in 7-14 day time frame (weather permitting).
Not only do we offer storage buildings, but we also have portable metal garages, carports, swing sets, dog kennels and chicken coops.
One other thing we like to recognize is our past and present military and first responders. We offer discount to any of these folks for their time and sacrifice.
K&R Storage Building Sales & Transport’s buildings come with pressure treated runners and floor joist, studs and rafters on 16” center, Advantech ¾ tongue and groove flooring which is best flooring you can buy. This flooring has a moisture barrier to keep it from rotting and comes with a 50 year manufacturer warranty.
We use metal roofing and can get shingles as well. All doors have diamond plate thresholds to keep from damaging edges of the floor. We also offer an economy model if you are in a pinch for a cheaper price that will consist of studs on 24” center and standard treated plywood flooring.
Dog kennels and chicken coops are also available with prices upon request.
